6 egg white’s 1 tsp. vanilla
6 egg yolks 3 pkg. milk duds
1 cup sugar 1/3 cup milk
1 cup rusk crumbs (7 rusks) 2 Tbsp. Butter
½ cup nuts 1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup powdered sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks, sugar, crumbs, nuts, baking powder, and vanilla together and fold into egg whites. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan. When cool spread with whipped cream. Melt milk duds, milk, and butter together. When dissolved, beat in sifted powdered sugar. Cool and pour over bars.
