1 1/2 Pack Knox© Unflavored Gelatin
2 or 3 Lb Shrimp
1 Can Tomato Soup
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 Cup Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Onion Tops
1/3 Cup Shrimp Stock
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper
1 Tsp Tabasco©
Salt To Taste

Directions:
Cook undiluted tomato soup. Add cream cheese and cook until creamy on low fire beating if necessary. Stir gelatin into stock then add to soup. Allow to cool. In separate pot saute celery and bell pepper in a little butter until soft. When cool stir all ingredients into one bowl. Rub a little mayonnaise in mold. Pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Invert mold onto serving dish. Serve with Ritz© crackers and enjoy.
