1 Package Gladiola Yellow Cornbread Mix
2 Eggs
1 Medium Chopped Onion
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Can Cream Style Corn
1/4-1/2 Cup Jalapeno Peppers
1 Lb. Peeled Crawfish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Lightly spray a 9x13 pan. Stir all ingredients together. Pour into pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve and enjoy.
