1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
1 medium onion, sliced thinly
2 large red apples, sliced thinly
1 1/4 lbs. of pork chops (about 4 boneless chops)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, all of the spices and salt in small bowl, sprinkle both sides of pork chops with 1 tbsp of seasoned flour.
Cook pork chops in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat, until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Add onion, cook until tender, apples and cook for about 3 minutes.
Stir in apple juice, brown sugar, and all remaining seasoned flour until mixed well. Place chops back in skillet and bring to a boil. reduce heat and cover, let simmer for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
