2 medium potatoes (grated fine)
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 small can sauerkraut (heated through and drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Start adding flour as soon as possible to potatoes, mixing well until dough doesn't stick to hands. Put handful of dough on floured board and roll to 1/8 in. thickness. Cut into noodle-size strips. Drop noodles into boiling water. Noodles will rise to top. Drain noodles. Rinse with hot water. Add sauerkraut and mix. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour or until brown.
