1 lb. broccoli florets, fresh
1 T. butter
1.5 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. panko (japanese bread crumbs)
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Steam broccoli in a steamer, about 5 mins after boil (crisp-tender)

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over med-low heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 secs. Add bread crumbs, increase heat to medium and cook, stirring often, until lightly toasted, about 2-3 mins.

Remove the skillet from heat; stir in lemon zest and salt.

Spoon broccoli into a serving bowl and toss with crumbs
