4 cups 1 inch baguette cubes
3 T. olive oil
1 t. dried rosemary
1 t. dried thyme
3 T. Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Toss bread with olive oil, herbs and cheese; season. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 375º, stirring once, until golden and crunchy, 15 minutes.
