1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. peanut butter
2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugars & eggs. Add dry ingredients, peanut butter & vanilla. Roll in little balls, place on cookie sheet, press with fork. Dip fork in flour to prevent sticking

Bake at 350º about 10 to 15 minutes.

These are also good with a Hershey's Kiss pressed into the middle when they come out of the oven.
