2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

1 c. soft shortening or butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. water
Directions:
Directions:
Heat until creamy. Beat in 2 egg, add flour mixture, mix well, stir in on 12 oz. jumbo pkg. (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts. Drop by well rounded half teaspoonfuls into greased baking sheets.

Bake at 375º 10 to 12 minutes.
