1 pkg. lemon Jello pie filling
1 baked 8 inch pie shell, cooled
2 c. Cool Ship
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie filling as directed, substituting 1 whole egg for 2 egg yolks. Measure 1 c. of filling, cover & cool thoroughly. Pour rest of filling into pie shell. Stir 1 1/3 c. Cool Whip into the 1 c. cooled filling. Spread over filling in pie shell. Chill. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
