2 c flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 sticks margarine( 1 cup)
1 c packed light brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 T milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c rolled oats
1. 12oz pkg semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:

Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Cream margarine with both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients into batter. Fold in oats, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop 1/4 c batter on a greased and floured baking sheet spacing about 2-3 inches apart. Bake at 350 12-15 min. Let cool on pan a few min before transferring them to a rack to cool completely. Store on an airtight container.
