1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Canola Oil
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
2/3 Cup Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at º450 F. In large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a 2 cup measuring cup put 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup sour cream and mix together very well. Add the buttermilk and mix . Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients and toss with fork until a dough forms.Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead lightly a few times just until smooth.Roll the dough to 3/4-inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter dipped in flour, cut out biscuits. Place on a non greased baking stone or sheet. Gather the dough trimmings, pat to 3/4 inch thick,and cut out more biscuits. Bake biscuits until golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Melt about 3 to 4 tbsp of butter and brush tops of biscuits. Serve hot ,but can be heated in toaster, oven, microwave or cold if you like!
