dough to be rolled out
3 c flour
9 tbsp shortening--- 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp
5 tbsp sugar----- stir 1/3 cups 1 tbsp
4 1/2 tsp baking powder_________________makes three (as per pie)
about 1 cup milk
______________________
2 or 3 apples
cinnamon
brown sugar
power sugar

heat oven to 350 bake 45 minutes


sprinkle powder sugar on to wax paper so dough will not stick

roll dough on to wax paper----fill with fruit

makes three as per pie, not really sure what it means possibly conversion from tbsp to cups
