1 1/4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C grated Asiago cheese
1/2 C fat-free sour cream
1 T minced fresh garlic
14 oz can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz cream cheese, softened
6.5 oz garlic-and-herbs spread cheese (such as Alouette)

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine mozzarella, 1/4 cup Asiago and remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Spoon spinach mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Asiago. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm with bagel chips or crackers.
