1 qt cooked rice
1 cup diced celery
2 TBS Flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 TBS chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp season salt
dash pepper
3 cups shredded chicken
2/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 cups dry bread crumbs
Sauce:
1 Cream of Chicken Soup 3/4 cups sour cream 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, celery, flour, nuts, onions,salt, seasonings and chicken. Add melted butter and eggs to m moisten. Chill. Shape into balls and roll in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425º for 20 minutes or until crisp. Serve with sauce, by mixing ingredients and heating through. These also can be quick frozen on the cookie sheet before baking then placed in freezer bags.
