3 whole chicken breasts, split
garlic salt
white pepper
1 can cream chicken soup
1 C sour cream
1 can (6oz) mushrooms, drained
4 oz brandy
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in 8x11 casserole. Do not overlap. Sprinkle with garlic salt and white pepper. Mix together soup, sour cream, mushrooms and brandy. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Parmessan cheese. Bake 350º for 1 hour. Serve with French green beans and croissants.
