Layer ingredients in a quart jar in this order, putting cocoa on the bottom.
1/3 C cocoa
2/3 C white sugar
1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 C white chocolate chips
2/3 C brown sugar
1 1/8 C flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 C walnuts

TO MAKE BROWNIES:
Combine contents of jar with:
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C oil
3 eggs

Directions:
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350º. 7x11 pan 32 to 37 minutes. 9x9 pan-30 to 35 minutes.
