1 Pkg + 1/2 Tsp Knox Gelatin
3/4 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Water
16 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Cool Whip
1 1/2 Tsp Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a saucepan the gelatin, sugar and water and bring to a boil. Let mixture cool then fold in the sour cream and cool whip. Now add the almond extract. Pour into a jell-O mold or bunt pan. Chill until the jell-O sets.

Decorate with fresh fruit.

This is a good dessert to serve at Christmas because it looks so pretty decorated with strawberries or rasberries...
