2 C sugar
1 C softened butter
6 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
2 ½ C flour
2 t baking soda
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350°. Lightly grease two loaf pans with butter or Crisco and set aside. Cream butter and sugar with mixer. Add bananas and eggs, beating until well mixed. Sift dries and slowly add to banana mixture. Pour into lightly greased pans. Bake for 45-1hr – until center is firm and edges curl away from the pan

Note: Do not cook this bread for more than an hour. Baked goods continue to cook when you take them out and this bread is best if it is NOT over cooked. If it is cooked to perfection, it will be the best bread you have ever made and people will rave for centuries. 
