1 8z package cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package almond brinkle chips or english toffee chips
apples, sliced

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in chips. Soak apples in lemon lime soda to keep from browning.
