3 Whole Eggs
2 Cups White Sugar
r Cups Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Butter or Crisco Shortening
1/4 Cup Sweet Milk
4 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Flour, reserved for rolling the dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream sugar and butter; add 1 eggg at a time beating well. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Place in refrigerator overnight. Roll out dough, a small amount at a time. Use a small saucer a a very large cutter. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of fruit in the middle then fold dough over. Dampen edges with ice cold water and crimp with a fork. Pace on a baking sheet. Bake fro 15 minutes
