1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast strips for stir fry
1/2 cup teriyaki baste or glaze
3 T lemon juice
1 bag (1 lb) frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red pepper
Hot cooked rice or noodles if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 12 inch nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray. Heat over med-high heat. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Stir in remaining ingredients except rice into chicken.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer about 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Serve with rice.
