4 chicken breasts
1 can Herdez green salsa
1 package flour tortillas
1 can La Victoria green enchilada sauce
1 onion, diced
1 lb grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put Herdez salsa on bottom of crock pot, then layer chicken breasts on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Pour half the can of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a pyrex pan. Dip tortilla, add scoop of chicken to middle, top with onions and cheese, roll and place seam side down in pan. Continue until the pan is full, then pour the rest of the sauce on top. Cover with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 30 minutes at 350º and enjoy!
