2 thinly sliced onions
Vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
4 chopped scallions
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook onions in vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until golden. About 35 minutes. Cool, chop and mix with sour cream, scallions, salt-and-pepper.
