6 Lbs Ground Beef
7 Cups Raw Rice
4 Cans of Mild Rotel
1 Jar Roasted Red Peppers, Diced
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Cups V-8
1/4 Cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except cabbage, 2 large bottles of V-8 and 1 of the cans of
Rotel. Core heads of cabbage, then blanch and remove cabbage leaves. Stuff
leaves with meat mixture. In a large self-basting pot, pour V-8 into bottom, about a half inch deep and add additional salt and pepper. Place the Rolls seam side down, until bottom is covered.. Use a small knife to puncture tops and sides of rolls and add more V-8 until layer is covered. Repeat for each layer, probably 3 layers. Add water until liquid comes even with the top layer of rolls. Preheat oven to 375. Cover the pot and cook for 2 hours or until done. After 2 hours, check one of the rolls from the top; if it's done, their all done. PS...I like food with my salt, so
you can adjust to taste.....Bon Appetite!
