Ingredients: 9inch pie plate
one 9oz box of Jiffy Pie Crust Mix 5 Medium Apples (thinly sliced) Cinnamon to taste Splenda no calorie sweetener to taste Corn Starch to thicken

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix Jiffy pie crust per directions on box to make two crusts
Put one crust into a 9inch pie plate
lay a layer of apples then sprinkle with cinnamon, splenda, and corn starch
add another layer of apples and repeat until pan is full
Sprinkle with cinnamon, splenda, and corn starch
Gently lay 2nd pie crust on top and seal edges cut small slits in top crust to vent
sprinkle top with cinnamon and splenda
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
enjoy a delicious home made pie without the guilt!
