16 slices of cubed bread
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese cubes
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
3 cup crushed corn flakes
1 pound cubed ham
1 1/2 pound swiss cheese cubes
3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan spread half bread cubes, add ham and cheeses, cover with remaining bread cubes. Mix egg, milk, onion salt and mustard. Pour over bread and refrigerate. Before baking, pour butter over mixture and sprinkle corn flakes over top. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes. May be made ahead and frozen.
