8 Ears Of Cleaned Corn
1/2 Cup Onions
1 Can Drained Rotel
4 to 5 Peeled and Chopped Roma Tomatoes
Season To Taste
Enough Oil To Cover Bottom of Pot
Directions:
Directions:
Clean corn thoroughly and cut lengthwise 1/4 inch from top. Scrape corn with the side of the blade of the knife to get juice. Mix all ingredients season to taste and pour into hot pot. Reduce fire to low, cover and cook for about 45 minutes, stir occasionally.
