1 Uncooked Pie Crust (Pillsbury or homemade)
1 Can of Crushed Pineapple
1 8oz Cream Cheese Softened
6 tbsp of Sugar
1 Egg
! tsp Vanilla Extract
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 7 by 11 pan with cooking spray. Place the uncooked pie crust and flute edges. Add one can of drained pineapple on top of crust. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla. Put mixture on top of pineapple. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of cheese mixture.

Bake 350º for 25- 30 minutes until light brown.

This is one of Brian's favorite desserts. It was not easy but finally I think this is as close to Nana's original as I could get.
