3 lb. Ground Chuck, browned and drained
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
3 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce

6 oz. egg noodles, cooked & drained
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
6 small green onions, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown ground chuck and drain. In large bowl, combine ground chuck with salt, garlic salt, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In separate bowl, combine cooked noodles with cream cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions. In casserole dish, place in layers: meat mixture, noodle mixture, shredded cheese. Continue layering until gone. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350º until cheese has melted. Can also be layered in a crock pot and cooked on low until cheese has melted.
