16 oz. Box Elbow macaroni
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Flour
4 cups Milk
14 oz. Velveeta cheeese
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Slices velveeta or velveeta crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni. Melt butter and add flour. Whisk in milk.
Cook over medium heat until thick. Add velveeta and salt and pepper.
Stir until melted and well combined.
Place macaroni in a 9 x 11 glass pan and pour cheese mixture over macaroni and stir.
Bake at 300º for 20 minutes. Place velveeta slices or velveeta crumbles on top and bake 5 minutes longer.
