2 cans Black Beans
5 cans Corn
5 cans Rotel - 2 Mild and 3 Mexican
Fresh Cilantro
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain black beans and corn. Put into large bowl. Add Rotel (2 cans with juice, drain the rest). Chop 1/2 bunch of cilantro and add to bowl. Mix together with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Scoops Tostitos or your favorite tortilla chips.
