1 lb. beef pieces, fondue size
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. diced celery
2 c. diced carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 potatoes, cubed
1 c. diced onion
1/2 package Bott Boi noodles
2 tsp. beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper and beef in plastic bag. Shake to coat. Saute' in large, (8 qt.) sprayed pot, with 2 T. oil added (on medium heat), 3 minutes. Add 2 qts. filtered water and cook until tender, 1 hour. Add rest ingredients and cook until tender, 20 minutes. Have water to cover. Serves 4.

Bott Boi Noodles, known as "pot pie" noodles. They are flat, square (1-2") noodles. PA Dutch from German "Dietsch" area. This recipe was also in our Book #4.
