1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
14. tsp. water
1 egg
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. M&Ms
Directions:
Directions:
Blend Crisco and sugars. Beat in vanilla, water and egg. Sift remaining dry ingredients together and add to the sugar mixture. Mix well. Stir in M&Ms. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.

For additional color, press extra M&Ms into cookies before baking, adding texture and interest to the cookies.
