Shrimps
Scallops
1 lg. Tin clams
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Chervil
1 tsp. Parsley
2 Stalks celery
3 med. Carrots
4-5 Potatoes
1 lg. Onion
1/4 lb. Butter
1/2 c. Flour
4 c. Milk
2 c. Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon. Cook seafood. Dice vegetables and fry in bacon drippings. Add sugar and spices, stir well,pour into large pot. Drain clam juice over vegetables. Cove and simmer until vegetables are nearly cooked. Combine melted butter and flour with 1 c. milk, add to vegetables. Add bacon and remaining milk. Heat just to a boil. Add clams, seafood and cream. Heat again.
