1 Lb Lump Crab Meat
3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tub Guidry's Fresh Cuts
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
2 Big Hand fulls of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Pinch of Nutmeg
Season to Taste
1 /2 Tsp Paprika
1 Lemon Juiced
2 Cans Crescent Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Layout rolls in a square. Saut'e vegetables/ add flour, butter, dry mustard, nutmeg and cheese. In another bowl add crab meat, lemon juice and egg, mix well. Add to saut'e mix and mix well. Evenly distribute on layed our crescent rolls to form a ring along the middle of roll. Bring top of roll over to form a king cake look. Bake @ 305º for 20 minutes.
