1 1/2 Lbs Lean Ground Chuck
1 Medium Cabbage, Shredded or 1 Bag of Shredded Cabbage
1 Medium Onion Chopped
1 Small Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic Minced
2 8 oz Cans Tomato Sauce
1 Can Rotel
3 Cups Water
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
2 Links Smoked Sausage quartered
Season To Taste

Directions:
Brown meats in heavy skillet. Drain well. Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, tomato sauce and water. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Add Seasonings and rice and mix well. Place cabbage in a large baking dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour @ 350º
