4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
3 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup flour
2 cups cream
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon dill
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 Tablespoon melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, ham and cheese in a large bowl. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add flour. Gradually add cream, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute. Add dill, mustard and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour over meat mixture and spoon into greased 9x13 inch pan. Toss bread crumbs, butter and dill. Stir in cheese and nuts. Sprinkle over casserole and bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes or until heated through.
