1 pkg (18.25) lemon cake mix
1 C. crisp Rice Krispies cereal
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 C. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine the cake mix, cereal and lemon peel. Add the butter and egg and mix well. The dough will be crumbly Shape dough into 1" balls and place 2 " apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until set. Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes then place on wire rack to cool completely.
