Ingredients fo the Butter:
2 Tblsp butter
1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp chives, optional
1/2 tsp roasted red peppers, optional
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic

Ingredients for Walleye:
2 8oz fillets of Walleye
1/2 C of Ritz crackers ground fine

1 Tblsp of toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Take a skillet put on medium heat and add 1 Tblsp of butter to a warm pan. Place walleye filet in ground Ritz cracker crumbs to coat evenly. Place walleye filet in hot skillet skin side up. Cook for 4-5 minutes til tail starts to curl. Flip walleye and cook for 3-4 additional minutes, til golden brown.

Top with 1 Tblsp walleye butter and top with toasted slivered almonds
