One 1 pound box of Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel brand tomatoes-your choice regular Rotel, Mexican Rotel, or hot Rotel (if you don’t like tomato chunks, put through a blender first).

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in crock pot--stir in the Rotel and heat through. Serve with tortilla chips.
