3 1/2 c. flour
3 sticks oleo
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together-
1 egg, slightly beaten
with 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp vanilla

FILLING
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour

Sift flour and baking powder. Add oleo and mix like pie dough. Mix together egg yolks and egg with sour cream and vanilla mixture. Add more flour if needed

Grease cookie sheet. Make four balls- use half powdered sugar and 1/2 flour for rolling dough. Roll thin 10 x 15". Roll loosely on pins, leave ends bare. Bake 400º for 10-15 minutes. In middle of oven. Cool a few minutes. Remove from pins. Makes 120 shells (30 each ball of dough)

FILLING- cook milk and flour until thick. Cool then cream shortening, margarine, and sugar. Beat well, add vanilla and cooled milk mixture a tbsp at a time. Fill cookies
