5 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 2/3 c. oleo
4 eggs

14 oz. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with salt and 2/3 c. sugar. Cut in oleo until resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in beaten eggs and blend well. Knead dough. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. For each tarlet, place ball size of a walnut in muffin cup (do not grease) press and shape into shell.

Filling- beat eggs well. Add sugar and coconut. Mix thoroughly. Fill shells. Bake at 375º for 22 to 24 minutes
