2 c. flour
2 sticks oleo
1 (6oz) Philadelphia cream cheese
Mix by hand and form into 3 balls then refrigerate overnight.

Nut Filling
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. maple extract
1 lb. walnuts (ground)

Directions:
Directions:

Beat stiff egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and maple extract. Fold ground walnuts into egg whites. Roll each ball of dough until thin. Spread evenly with filling and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool on wire rack then roll in powdered sugar.
