4 Yellow Squash Sliced
4 Zucchini
1 Onion
5 Cloves Garlic
4 Fresh Tomatoes Cubed
Sweet Peppers
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Lb. Best Stop Smoked Chicken Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Sliced squash and zucchini and sweet peppers, dice tomatoes, slice onion and chop garlic. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and then add diced tomatoes continue sautéing for a few minutes. Add Mrs. Dash and Tony's seasonings. Add sliced chicken sausage and continue to cook in black iron pot and cover for about 5 minutes. Then stir a few minutes then turn off heat. It will continue to cook in black iron pot. I like vegetables still firm but you can cook as long as you like. Serve over Jasmine rice or bow tie pasta. Bon Appetite
