1 lb. Butter or Margarine (Parkay)
1/2 tsp. Salt
8 medium Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1-oz. Orange Juice (frozen concentrate)
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
9 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and salt together until creamy and light in color (about 15 minutes with hand mixer, 7 minutes with stand mixer). Beat eggs and sugar together (about 15 minutes with hand mixer, 7 minutes with stand mixer). Add above 2 mixtures together. Continue mixing and add orange juice and vanilla. Add baking powder to flour and sift. Add flour mixture to other mixture. Continue adding flour to dough until it is just able to be worked with hands (you might not need all 9 cups of flour). Hands should be a little greasey. Roll dough about pencil thick and shape. Brush top with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seed or colored sugar (use greased cookie sheets). Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Yields 144 cookies
