2 cans clams
2 cups chopped potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 to 3/4 c chopped onion
1 pint half & half
1 Qt. 2% milk
1 sq butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour clam juice over potatoes, celery and onion with small amount of water. Cook until desired tenderness. While vegetables are cooking, make white sauce. Melt butter. Add flour until a thick paste. Add half & half. Then milk. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Add clams, vegetables and juice. The longer it is cooked, the thicker the soup will be.
