Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 12-ounce can of cleaned pink salmon
1 eggs
1 cubed boiled potato
Dash salt
Dash pepper
2 tablespoons grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the salmon, egg, boiled potato, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a large spoon or potato masher. Form the mixture into small patties. Pour enough cooking oil into a frying pan to coat it evenly and preheat it over medium heat. Place the patties into the frying pan very gently. Put in as many as you can, but leave room for flipping. Cook the patties on one side until browned. Turn them over with a spatula to brown the other side. Remove the patties from the frying pan and place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Serve hot.
