2 Packs Dry Yeast
2 Large Spoons Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
16 oz of 2/3 Water and 1/3 Milk
(Warm to 120 degree F
1/2 Cup Butter Softened
5 Cups Flour Divided

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, and salt. Pour milk and water mixture into it; let it set for 5 minutes. Pour in butter and 4 1/2 cups of flour. Mix well: then slowly add last 1/2 cup of flour. Cover with a wet towel. Let rise until it doubles in size. About 1 hour. Punch and break down dough. Knead and roll into balls with buttered hands. Grease muffin pans and put 2 or 3 balls per slot. Let rise about 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 -25 minutes
