1 1/2 Qt Water
1 (12 Oz) Package Macaroni
2 Tbsp Salt
1 (2 lb) Block Velveeta Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Can (12 Oz) Evaporated Milk
1 Stick (4 Oz) Butter melted
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
1 Small Onion Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the macaroni in the 1 1/2 quarts of water with 2 tablespoons of salt. While the macaroni is boiling, saut'e the onion and garlic in 1 oz of the butter for about 15 minutes. Separately beat eggs in a mixing bowl and stir in the evaporated milk. Add the remainder of the melted butter and the saut'eed onion and garlic to the egg and milk mixture.Mix well. Strain macaroni. To layer: in a deep 9 x 13 dish, start by putting 1/2 of the macaroni at the bottom. Then stir in 1/2 of the liquid mixture. Slice the cheese in desired thickness and use 1/2 to layer onto macaroni. Repeat layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes uncovered or bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes cover and 10 minutes uncovered.
